Opět prosím o radu. Offline i online, pořád stejné. Projdu všema procedůrama a až ke spuštění kliknutím na start (letět) naskočí černá obrazovka. Nic víc se neděje.
Skusil jsem přeinstal hry a pomohlo to jen na chvilku, cca na hodku. Děkuji za rady.
Nakonec jsem přeinstaloval do třetice hru a funguje to.

Additionally, submit:

Click on, [Win]+[R]
type cmd
Press [Enter] or [Ok] button
In the pop-up window enter tasklist > c:\tasklist.txt
Press [Enter]
Report of Windows "msinfo"
- Press key [Win] + [R].
- Type MSInfo32 and press Enter.
- In the System Information window, click File, then Export.
- Save the MSINFO32 report as msinfo32.txt on the desktop for easy access
