A to je bohuzel vlastnost celeho DCS - v Mi-8 sedi v kabine tri a ti dva navic tam jsou fakt navic, nedokazi ani pomoct s navigaci. Kdyz zautocim na ctverici Su-25, tak tri z nich narazi do zeme (ctvrty to nestihl). A kdyz jsem jednou dal prikaz wingmanovi k utoku na cil mise, tak proste klesal, az, hadejte co, narazil do zeme. Coz byla, uznavam, vyjimka, ale o tom, ze neumi zautocit na lod tak, aby se nedostal do dosahu CIWSu, i kdyz na to prostredky ma, ani nema cenu psat, povazuje se to za normalni.

Já se nepatrnou chvilku radoval, že Jirka konečně autonomně čekuje okolí, což je po několika letech DCS vývoje velký posun,
jenže to neřeší kontakty nad horizontem a tak mě prozměnu smahl kvedlák kosmonaut.
A to je ponaučení pro příště, co si sám nenajdeš AI nezachrání!

On the MPD, TPM will display the terrain ahead in one of three colors, as you can see in the valley ahead:
• White shading. Terrain with an elevation that is at or above the current helicopter altitude. In other words, you will collide with such terrain along your path.
• Dark Gray shading. Terrain with an elevation that is below the current helicopter altitude but above the selected clearance plane.
• Light Gray shading. Terrain that cannot be detected by the FCR, also referred to as “dead space”. This includes areas of radar shadow created by the terrain itself or below the lower limit of the FCR vertical scan volume.

We are working on further improving the flight model and refining the FCR's Terrain Profile Mode (TPM).
With regard to the core flight model within our internal development build, we've already made the following improvements after introducing a new main rotor simulation:
• The exaggerated left yaw offset in forward flight has been reduced to a realistic magnitude.
• The un-commanded left roll during cyclic push-overs in forward flight has been fixed.
• Stabilator logic has been refined, resulting in improved pitch stability in forward flight.
• Rotor disc tilt and rotor coning have been improved to a more realistic behavior.
• Conservation of angular momentum effect from forward/aft cyclic inputs has been refined.
• Transient torque effect from left/right cyclic inputs has been added.
• Autorotation behavior has been improved to a more realistic state.
• The drag profile more accurately accounts for external stores and the presence or absence of the FCR mast-mounted assembly. This has resulted in a 15% average increase in top speed.
• Fuel flow values have been slightly reduced to a more realistic state.
Our current efforts consist of continued refinements to the SCAS logic (such as FMC-off flight) and tuning the induced flow effects through the main rotor to account for ground effect.

Work also continues with tuning of the flight model and the FCR Terrain Profile Mode (TPM).
Recent, internal improvements include a new main rotor simulation, more accurate yaw and roll behaviour in forward flight, refined stabilator logic,
improved rotor disc and coning dynamics, and better autorotation performance.
Drag and fuel flow modelling have also been adjusted to better reflect aircraft performance. We look forward to releasing these in a future update.
• Added George AI CPG verbal feedback when no targets are detected.
• Added NEXT command to George AI CPG to skip target during multi-target engagement.
◦ If the current target is no longer visible, NEXT will replace ADJ+ (Adjust Aimpoint) command in the AI interface if at least one additional target remains on the “shoot list”.
◦ Multifunctional Input (Long press) will command George to skip the target that is no longer visible and move to the next target on the “shoot list”.

• Fixed: AI gunner refused to fire in LOAL if last lased distance was out of range.
◦ If the FIRE command is pressed via Multifunctional Input (Short press), the AI gunner will briefly fire the laser rangefinder to re-evaluate the range. If the target is out of range (> 8000m), the AI gunner will announce the target is still out of range. If the target is in range (< 8000m), the AI gunner will proceed with the engagement.
◦ If the AI gunner’s assigned weapon is RF missiles, AI gunner will not perform target handover to RF missile until target is in range (< 8000m).
• Fixed: AI gunner with ROE Free Fire can waste missiles when firing without constraints in LOAL-LO or LOAL-HI if no target point has been selected.
• Fixed: George does not follow the order of targets chosen by the player (multi-target engagement).
• Fixed: Added target IDs to AI CPG subtitles.
